Overview

Selective Solder Fully Automated THT Assembly Line

This’s fully automated THT Assembly Line is designed for high-end products with stringent quality requirements. Instead of wave soldering, this line uses selective soldering, which offers superior soldering quality. At the front, an automatic insertion machine handles various types of DIP components. For specialized components, manual insertion or customized insertion machines with bespoke grippers can be utilized. Typically following the SMT production line, the PCBA undergoes SMT assembly before entering the DIP soldering process.

The THT Assembly Line includes a DIP AOI inspection machine to check soldering quality, followed by an X-ray machine to inspect the internal soldering of BGA components. Finally, the PCBA undergoes ICT testing to verify resistor functionality. This comprehensive process ensures the highest quality for your products. I.C.T can tailor both SMT and THT production lines to your specific needs. Preparations Before Installation

Factory Layout Requirements Factory Air Circuit Layout Use factory air source or separate oil-free compressed air machine. Pressure should be greater than 7kg/cm2.
Factory Electrical Layout Single-phase AC220 (220±10%, 50/60Hz)
Three-phase AC 380V (380±10%, 50/60Hz)
Factory Exhaust Layout The minimum flow rate of the exhaust duct is 500 cubic feet per minute (14.15m3/min)）
Factory Lighting Layout The ideal illumination in the factory is 800~1200LUX, at least not less than 300LUX.
Factory Temperature Layout The ambient temperature of the production workshop is 23±3°C, generally 17~28°C, and the relative humidity is 45%~70%RH.
