I.C.T-MBV360 moving Blade PCB V-Cut Machine is a PCB depaneling machine that uses a microcomputer for high stability and accurate positioning. It can improve cutting results and make the boards away from burrs. The blade height can be adjusted in 0 to 2mm, and the platform height can be adjusted in 0 to 50mm to fit PCBs of different thicknesses and solve the problem of different V-slot depths. It can also manually set the position to stop automatically according to the specific length of the PCB. The PCB width is unrestricted, and the max thickness among V-slot is 0.25 to 2.0mm. The blades material is imported high-speed steel, which can be sharpened again when needed. The conveyor belt is optional, conveniently transferring finished PCBs out. The stop block can be used for different PCB, raising working efficiency. It is suitable for buck production. The PCB material can be fiber board, aluminum board, and other special boards.
