High Efficiency with Standard DIP Line

This DIP Line is a standard choice for 80% of factories due to its effective configuration, typically, the DIP Line is the subsequent process after the SMT Assembly Line. A single wave soldering machine handles all DIP soldering needs. The setup includes a manual insertion line before the wave soldering machine and a conveyor belt or workstation afterward. Depending on the number of DIP components on the PCBA, the length of your DIP Line can range from 8 meters to 20 meters, with a width of around 2 meters. If space is an issue, we offer alternative solutions. For higher soldering quality, you may also require a separate flux spraying machine.
