I.C.T Forges Deeper Collaboration with European Partner Amtest, Building Trust and Friendship

Polish agent engineer comes to I.C.T SMT factory 1-5

[Dongguan, 2023] — In a significant stride towards international collaboration, I.C.T proudly announces the deepening of its partnership with esteemed European collaborator, Amtest. The European partner has recognized and valued I.C.T for its diverse equipment support capabilities and comprehensive service offerings.

In a mutual effort to enhance customer service, both companies have proposed and engaged in a knowledge exchange program. Leveraging I.C.T’s strengths, characterized by a multitude of advanced devices and robust service capabilities, Amtest has taken the initiative to send two highly experienced engineers with 20 years of SMT expertise for a week-long learning experience in December 2023.

I.C.T has dispatched a team of five seasoned engineers to conduct specialized training on various equipment, covering I.C.T-7900 X-ray inspection machine, I.C.T-5151 solder paste printer, Lyra733 reflow soldering oven, T550 coating machine, I.C.T-510 laser depaneling machines, and SS540 selective soldering equipment. The training spans from hardware components to software intricacies, addressing common issues and providing effective solutions.

During this enriching week, both teams have shared delightful moments, breaking cultural barriers. I.C.T extended a warm invitation to the visiting engineers, treating them to renowned Chinese cuisine and experiencing the Europeans’ hearty camaraderie and remarkable capacity for revelry. Open communication was the hallmark of this exchange, where no topic was left untouched, and humor played an integral role.

The collaboration with Amtest Group underscores I.C.T’s commitment to expanding its global network. Through technical exchanges, I.C.T actively promotes knowledge transfer and remains dedicated to cultivating enduring partnerships that transcend geographical boundaries.
